OEM Project Coordinator
CH2O, Inc. is a specialty chemical manufacturing firm with headquarters in Olympia, Washington.
The primary objective of this position would be to plan, prepare, organize and maintain project documentation, along with the coordination of day-to-day activities of active OEM projects, under the direction of the Director of Sales Operations, providing consultation with internal department managers and outside vendors. This person would be responsible for ensuring that written and verbal communication is properly distributed among managers, vendors, suppliers, and customers aiming for flawless project execution. The position requires creating and maintaining reports as well as carrying out other liaison-related duties as necessary. Liaison duties include coordinating activities, resources, equipment and information; meeting with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives; making certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
• Previous experience in cooperating with Project Managers for the delivery of projects.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools.
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Engineering degree.
Salary Range: $5,167 - $6,010 /MonthApply Now
