CH2O, Inc. is a specialty chemical manufacturing firm with headquarters in Tumwater, Washington. We are seeking a laboratory technician for our Tumwater facility. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in a quality lab.
The wage range for this position is $23.58 - $35.37 per hour, DOQ, with the possibility of regular pay increases. In addition, we offer a health care program, paid time off, 401K, and an annual incentive bonus. The shift is 8 hours and typically starts between 6AM and 8AM. Over-time will be required occasionally, based upon the production schedule.

Required Experience

Successful applicant must have a chemistry or biology degree and at least two years prior lab experience and one year prior R & D experience. Prior experience working with ISO quality systems is a plus.

Required Education

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· BA/BS in chemistry or biology.
· Able to write scientific reports.
· Able to perform high level math calculations.
· Able to pay strict attention to detail and instruction.
· Able to lift heavy objects (25-30 lbs.).
· Able to wear a respirator on an infrequent basis.
