CH2O, as a specialty chemical manufacturer, is able to produce products to meet nearly every need. Our team of research scientists, which include chemists, engineers, and biologists, have developed POSCA products for a wide array of water treatment needs. We have products to treat Boilers, Return Condensate, Cooling Towers, Hydronic Loops, and more! (this is but a small part of what we offer; contact us with your specific need)
CH2O's industrial water treatment programs are
designed to reduce the operating and maintenance expenses associated with
boiler and cooling systems. Our goal is to provide hospitals, public
institutions and industry with advanced water treatment programs. Our
dedication to quality products and services has resulted in a competitive,
rapidly growing organization with worldwide distribution.
Water treatment with the POSCA system provides many benefits
including cost reduction and reduced equipment failure. POSCA
reduces your operating costs by increasing the efficiency of your heat
transfer system through scale (deposit) inhibition and removal (while
on-line!). Elimination of scale on heat-transfer surfaces can mean large
savings in fuel costs: as little as 1/32 of an inch of scale in a boiler
can result in over $20,000 in wasted fuel (US $, cost based on 1000 HP
boiler operating 24 hours/day, 365 days/year at rated capacity)!
While POSCA prevents scale formation, it also combats
corrosion. The combination of these two functions highlight another of
POSCA's unique abilities: reduced equipment failure. Scale
formation results in uneven heat transfer, and eventually system failure.
Corrosion will have the same effect. Both can result in staggering repair
costs. By treating with POSCA, both scaling and corrosion are kept
in check, virtually eliminating these types of catastrophic failure.

CH2O water treatment begins with a professional
needs assessment by one of our field engineers, ensuring that you receive
the best treatment program foryour application.
After treatment has begun; your program is monitored both by field
engineers and by scientists in our extensive laboratory facility to ensure
optimum system performance.
At CH2O, taking care of your water treatment needs is our job. Let us know how we can help you by contacting us at our corporate headquarters in Olympia, Washington (U.S.A.) at 360-943-6063, 1-800-562-6184, by FAX at 360-352-4813, or email.
