Fruit & Vegetable Dumptank Additives

• TRI-CIRC
  TRI-CIRC is a super-concentrated blend of acids and surfactants that bring the pH of the dump tank down. TRI-CIRC contains ingredients to help keep minerals that are removed from the fruit chelated in the water more efficiently. TRI-CIRC can be used to buffer dump tank water to maintain a level of 6.5 to 7.5 for more effective use of chlorine.
  
• COLOR GUARD
  COLOR GUARD is a dump-tank acid that is specifically named on the WSDA Organic Materials list and complies with the USDA National Organic Program. COLOR GUARD is used for lowering dump tank pH, or buffering it to a pH of 6.5 to 7.5 for use with chlorine.



• EMULSION #1
  EMULSION #1 is a highly alkaline chelating and descaling compound for removal of problematic soils, natural waxes, and scale from fruit. Emulsion #1 is a low-foaming liquid formulation.
  

Fruit & Vegetable Sanitizers

• FRESH-PAK 2
  FRESH-PAK 2 is a two-part fruit and vegetable washing system for on-site generation of chlorine dioxide that helps to destroy organic debris in the processing water, on the fruit, and in the brush beds of fruit packing lines. FRESH-PAK is designed to reduce fruit and vegetable degradation during storage.
  
• IVR-SAN 15
  IVR-SAN 15 is the oxidizer portion of a two-part disinfectant system. When it is reacted with our FRESH PAK 2 product, a disinfectant-chelant solution is produced. Solutions produced by IVR-SAN 15 are highly sanitizing. They are far more effective at killing microorganisms found in aquatic environments than sodium and other hypochlorites.
        

• ORGANIC PAK II
  ORGANIC PAK II is an organic version of FRESH-PAK 2 can be created by utilizing IVR-SAN 15 and ORGANIC PAK II for on-site generation of chlorine dioxide that helps destroy organic debris in the processing water, on the fruit, and in the brush beds of fruit packing lines. It is designed to reduce fruit and vegetable degradation during storage. These products are specifically named on the WSDA Organic Materials list.


• ORGANIC ACID WASH
  ORGANIC ACID WASH is a heavy-duty formulation that allows low use-solution concentrations resulting in low- cost cleaning with optimum performance. ORGANIC ACID WASH is convenient because it is a liquid cleaner, it can be dispensed accurately and efficiently through automatic feed control.
  
• SANI-PAC
  SANI-PAC is a mixture of peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, and acetic acid, proprietary ingredients, and water. It is a particularly effective sanitizer that is approved for use in fruit and vegetable process water. SANI-PAC contains much higher levels of hydrogen peroxide and less acetic acid than other competitive products which results in superior performance.
  

Special Application Products

• DE-CHLOR LIQUID
  DE-CHLOR LIQUID is a liquid chlorine neutralizer, and is also effective for neutralizing other oxidizers such as bromine, iodine, and ozone.
  
• FOAM-CHEK 707
  FOAM-CHEK 707 is an effective defoamer for use in packing house applications.
  
• SANI-QUAT II
  SANI-QUAT II is an effective line-application spray to help in the reduction of bacteria and mold spore growth on packing house lines.
  
• ORANGE BLAST
  ORANGE BLAST is a citrus-based, water-soluble cleaner/degreaser, and is recommended for use on stainless steel.
  
• CHLOR-CLING 937
  CHLOR-CLING 937 is a high-foaming formula which is used where dwell time is important or where the added boost of chlorine is required to remove grease, fats, oils, carbohydrates, and proteins.The high density foam produced allows the various elements in CHLOR-CLING 937 to remove soil deposits from food contact surfaces and processing equipment.


• EVER-KLEEN 9241
  EVER-KLEEN 9241 is recommended for use on floors, walls, vehicles, parts washing, floor scrubbers, and general equipment. EVER-KLEEN 9241is a liquid cleaner in a low-foaming formulation that can be accurately and efficiently dispensed through automatic feed and control system and does not generate large amounts of suds during application.


• WAX-AWAY
  WAX-AWAY is designed for the removal of grease, wax, and oily films on food processing equipment and is recommended for use on conveyors, framework, augers, mixers, tile walls, floors, and general food processing equipment.

Brush Bed Soaps

• D-SCALE
  D-SCALE is a inorganic acid wash that can be used effectively on the brush bed to help in the removal of 'orchard bloom' and other hard water spotting from fruit surfaces.
  
  
• REAL CLEAN
  REAL CLEAN is a heavy-duty fruit and vegetable wash for removal of field soils, scale, and natural wax prior to protective coating application. Moderate foaming liquid formulation.
  
• IVR-LEASE
  IVR-LEASE is a concentrated detergent and foam builder. It can be used in acid, neutral, or alkaline pH cleaning solutions. IVR-LEASE's foaming action ensures that solution wetting is completely uniform. Cleansing strength is readily determined by the amount of foam present in the cleaning operation. Another benefit from using IVR-LEASE is it easily rinses from cleaned surfaces.
   

Fruit & Vegetable Waxes

• BRILLIANCE & BRILLIANCE FD
  BRILLIANCE products are a carnauba-based apple wax designed to provide enhanced fruit protection, as well as a bright finish. BRILLIANCE products are formulated to work with existing application systems and dry quickly.
  
  
  
• RADIANCE 100 & RADIANCE 7
  RADIANCE products are a shellac-based apple wax designed to provide enhanced fruit protection, as well as a bright finish. RADIANCE products are formulated to work with existing application systems and dry quickly.
   

Irrigation Water Additives

• AGRI-GUARD 841
  AGRI-GUARD 841 is a patented irrigation water additive specifically formulated for use with overhead irrigation systems. It causes distortion of mineral deposits, producing a soft, relatively non-adherent, easily removed material, instead of difficult to remove crystalline formations formed with untreated water. The result is safer, easier, post-harvest cleaning.
  
• SURE FLOW C
  SURE FLOW C is an irrigation water additive designed to maintain low-volume irrigation systems. SURE FLOW C cleans dirty systems, supports consistent water flow, helps protect plant foliage from mineral deposits, and improves percolation through calcined soil.
  
• SURE FLOW DS
  SURE FLOW DS is part of a two-part irrigation water treatment system for producing chlorine dioxide on-site. This product provides all the benefits of SURE FLOW C with the added power of the bacteria and algae killing capacity of chlorine dioxide. Especially useful in drip irrigation systems where iron bacteria is a problem.
